• Measure one level scoop (1oz) of the Blondest Lightening System with Azulene into a non-metallic bowl.
  
• Add 2oz of the Blondest Cream Developer with Azulene (10, 20, 30, or 40 volume) and mix thoroughly with a non-metallic instrument until you reach a smooth, creamy consistency.
  
• Process until the desired level of lift is achieved, as indicated by the strand test. Rinse hair thoroughly with the appropriate Peter Coppola Keratin Concept Shampoo and Conditioner.
  
• Use 10-20 developer on the scalp or with foil for up to 7 levels of lift. 30-40 developer is recommended for Balayage application and high-lift services.
